Lewis Hamilton’s current contract with Ferrari will be coming up for renewal in the future.
Lewis Hamilton has not thought about talks with Ferrari regarding extending his F1 contract with the team. His teammate Charles Leclerc recently signed a new deal with the Scuderia, and Hamilton’s initial Ferrari contract is soon up for renewal. Hamilton is currently under a ‘two-plus-one’ deal with Ferrari until the end of 2026, with the option to extend for another year. Despite speculations about his retirement, Hamilton stated in Canada that he plans to stay in F1 for a while longer as he pursues his eighth drivers’ championship. Speaking in Monaco before the race weekend, Hamilton made it clear that discussions about a contract extension are not on his radar at the moment.
