The new driver ratings are out for the F1 2026 ‘game’, which will form an add-on to the current F1 2025.
Max Verstappen has emerged as the top-rated F1 driver for the latest video game instalment from Codemasters. For the first time since 2009, Codemasters will not release a dedicated game, instead adding the 2026 season as an ‘add-on’ to F1 2025. Red Bull driver Verstappen leads the rankings with a score of 95 out of 99, measured in Experience, Racecraft, Awareness, and Pace. Among non-2025 rookies, biggest gains were made by Piastri (+4), Norris, and Russell (+3), while Sainz of Williams had the biggest fall. Overall, class of 2025 rookies saw the highest growth, with Hadjar gaining 15 points and Antonelli moving up 11. Further updates are expected to account for mid-season developments, reflecting drivers’ performances in the current championship.
