Despite being only 28 milliseconds slower than Max Verstappen in Q3, Hadjar criticized himself for not being sharp enough in crucial moments. He admitted to leaving valuable lap time on the table, leading to his self-admonishment. Hadjar felt that he had underperformed since the Miami race, making mistakes and struggling in the final laps of Q3.
