Noel Leon won the sprint race in Montreal for his first Formula 2 series victory. The Mexican driver finished ahead of Gabriele Mini and Martinius Stenshorne on the podium. Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak had to withdraw due to a Friday crash, leading to just 21 starters. Alex Dunne and Nikola Tsolov lost strong point-scoring positions due to 10-second penalties.
