Revving Up Resilience: New F1 Circuit Boss Faces Rumour Mill Head-on with Defiant Response

The Spanish Grand Prix is slated for September 11-13 on the F1 calendar.

Luis Garcia Abad, the general director of the new Spanish Grand Prix, has refuted rumors that the event might be replaced on this year’s calendar due to construction delays at the Madring circuit. The race, now under the Spanish GP title, is scheduled for September 11-13 at IFEMA in Madrid, a top convention venue in Europe. Despite signs of delays in construction, Garcia Abad remains confident in the circuit’s completion. Speculations about a potential substitute race if the circuit isn’t ready on time have surfaced, including talks of Saudi Arabia seeking a reinstatement post the conflict in the Middle East. Garcia Abad dismissed these rumors, asserting that he is fully convinced the race will proceed as planned without any hitches, stating there are no doubts regarding the event’s successful delivery according to FIA and FOM standards.
