The #8 Toyota car emerged victorious in the opening round of the World Endurance Championship at Imola, beating the #51 Ferrari by 13 seconds.
Following the cancellation of the Qatar event, the 6 Hours of Imola kicked off the campaign, marking the #8’s first win since the 2024 season finale.
Sebastien Buemi piloted the winning car, with the #51 Ferrari settling for second place and the #7 Toyota rounding out the podium.
In the LMGT3 class, the #69 Team WRT triumphed over the #33 TF Sport Corvette, with the #92 Porsche clinching the final podium spot.
