The Potential Game-Changer: Ferrari’s Move to Bring Christian Horner on Board

Christian Horner has been linked to several F1 teams over a possible return to the paddock.

Juan Pablo Montoya believes Ferrari should consider hiring Christian Horner, stating that the Briton would bring significant value to the team. Horner, who was recently let go by Red Bull Racing after serving as team principal for two decades, has been without a job in F1 since the British Grand Prix last year. Despite rumors of Horner joining Ferrari post his Red Bull exit, the Scuderia has since denied any such plans, with Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc backing Fred Vasseur. Montoya suggests that Horner could benefit Ferrari with a four-year program, but stresses the importance of patience during a rebuilding phase. Montoya also sees Alpine as a viable option for Horner’s potential F1 comeback, citing their proximity to Red Bull and the presence of a Mercedes power unit as key factors for success.
