Revving up the Excitement: The Top 10 Spectacular Cars of the 2025 Le Mans Classic

At the 12th running of the Le Mans Classic, the grids were led by a 1923 Delage and ended with a 1982 Ferrari.

With a record number of over 800 competition cars and 9200 club display cars, the event drew in a crowd of 238,000 enthusiastic spectators.

The drivers faced challenging weather conditions, including intense sun and heavy rain, showcasing their skills over the three competitive days.

Support races added to the excitement, featuring modern endurance racers, Group C cars from 1983 to 1991, and a full grid of Porsches in the Porsche Classic Race.

The event featured highlights such as Sir Paul Carter racing his recreation of the Eddie Hall Bentley and a 1951 Porsche 356 ‘SL’, which marked Porsche’s continuous participation in the Le Mans 24 Hours.

Other notable cars included the surreal silver Porsche coupe driven by Jean-Francois Penillard and the legendary Jaguar D-type, known for its wins in the 1955, 1956, and 1957 Le Mans races.
