Revving Up: Liberty Media Secures Unconditional Approval for MotoGP Acquisition

The European Commission has approved Liberty Media’s acquisition of Dorna Sports without conditions, following an in-depth investigation of the proposed transaction. Liberty Media, known for its stakes in media, sports, and entertainment companies, will leverage its expertise to boost MotoGP’s popularity and appeal. With this final approval, both companies aim to work together to expand the MotoGP World and strengthen their presence in the racing industry.
