Charles Leclerc may miss the second practice at the Canadian Grand Prix due to chassis damage caused by his crash during FP1 in Montreal. Leclerc was leading the opening practice when he lost control, hit the wall, and ended the session in 10th place. Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur stated that a chassis change and other checks will prevent Leclerc from participating in the afternoon’s practice session. Leclerc admitted his mistake but faced challenging conditions, as evidenced by other drivers also struggling during the session. Max Verstappen led the first practice session, closely followed by Williams’ Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz.
