Toyota set the fastest time in the second free practice session for the Le Mans 24 Hours, following a penalty for the AF Corse Le Mans Hypercar.
Sebastien Buemi initially held the second position until Robert Kubica’s quickest time was invalidated at the end of the session.
Kubica lost his leading time due to a pitlane speeding violation, allowing Buemi to move up to the top spot with his #8 Toyota GR010 HYBRID LMH.
There was a post-session incident between the #8 Toyota and a Kessel Racing Ferrari, driven by Casper Stevenson, at the Porsche Curves.
Overall, Buemi had a comfortable lead over the #12 Jota Cadillac in second place, with Norman Nato securing a strong third position for the American car.
Additional notable performances came from Ferrari, Porsche, and BMW teams, showcasing a competitive field for the upcoming race.
