Toyota drivers believe that Ferrari currently has the fastest car at the Le Mans 24 Hours test day, posing a potential challenge for them to overcome. Despite giving Toyota the quickest time on Sunday, Brendon Hartley acknowledged the superiority of the #51 Ferrari driven by James Calado. Sebastien Buemi admitted that the Ferrari, especially the #83 car, showed exceptional speed, indicating a significant advantage over Toyota. Hartley emphasized Ferrari’s strength in long runs, with Buemi noting the manufacturer’s progress from the previous year. While Toyota remains optimistic and works on set-up changes, they acknowledge that pace alone does not guarantee victory at Le Mans.
