Thrilling Showdown at BTCC Snetterton: Cammish Secures Pole Position Over Ingram

Dan Cammish claimed his second British Touring Car Championship pole position of the season, narrowly beating Tom Ingram at Snetterton.

Despite Cammish’s success, there was concern for his teammate Ash Sutton, who experienced electrical problems and could not compete in the Q3 shootout.

The qualifying session saw a close battle between Cammish, Sutton, and Ingram in the opening phases, with Sutton narrowly edging out Ingram in Q2.

Cammish’s lap was deleted in Q2 due to track limits violation, but he ultimately secured pole position in Q3.

The shootout also featured Dan Rowbottom and Mikey Doble, with Rowbottom taking third on the grid and Doble starting on the second row.

Qualifying did not go well for West Surrey Racing, as only Charles Rainford made it into Q2, while reigning champion Jake Hill struggled with pace and will start from the 10th row of the grid.
