Antipodean success was highlighted during GB3’s recent visit to Zandvoort, with Australians Patrick Heuzenroeder and Alex Ninovic shining and leading the championship standings. Heuzenroeder of Xcel Motorsport claimed his first series pole position and secured a dominant win in race one. Despite early competition from Deagen Fairclough, Fairclough’s challenge faded and Heuzenroeder cruised to victory, with Ninovic finishing third.
Ninovic then impressed in race two, winning ahead of Heuzenroeder and Fairclough, with Seewooruthun in fourth. In race three, Hugo Schwarze claimed his first GB3 win, with Heuzenroeder finishing seventh and consolidating his championship lead alongside Ninovic and Lisle, making it an Australian top three in the standings after six races. Fairclough remains the only Briton in the top ranks.
