He faced self-inflicted pressure with a wheel-spinning start in the sprint race but managed to pass his brother and Franco Morbidelli for the win. Marquez admitted to taking too much risk in qualifying, pushing beyond the bike’s limits, but felt more in control during the race. Though there was a minor incident with Pedro Acosta, Marquez downplayed it as a typical racing incident. The Spaniard clarified that he was riding the same bike specification as his teammates, dispelling any notions of special treatment. Looking ahead to the Monday test, Marquez aims to continue fine-tuning his performance.
