Mercedes is looking to recover its Formula 1 form after a challenging two seasons competing off the front-running order.
Lewis Hamilton has recently visited the Mercedes Formula 1 factory and found it inspiring to see the determination and drive of the team despite their recent struggles. Hamilton, who has committed to Mercedes until 2025, is motivated by the dedication of the workers at the factory. He emphasized that although he can’t physically contribute to the car’s design process, he has frequent meetings with the engineers and collaborates with his teammate George Russell to provide feedback and address any questions or concerns. Hamilton believes that they have a better development process in place and will continue to support the team until the end of the season before letting them do their best work.
