Lando Norris is undergoing precautionary medical checks after a massive crash early in Formula 1’s inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix
Lando Norris was involved in a serious crash during the Las Vegas Grand Prix, resulting in him undergoing precautionary medical checks. His McLaren spun out at high speed, hitting the wall and sliding down an escape road in the early stages of the race. Fortunately, he was able to exit the car without assistance and initially reported being okay over the team radio. However, he has been taken to the University Medical Center for further investigations as a precautionary measure. Meanwhile, Norris’ teammate Oscar Piastri had a strong showing in the race, briefly holding the third position before a late pitstop dropped him to tenth place.
