Remy Gardner says his aim for the 2024 WorldSBK season is to fight for the top five in the championship.
During his rookie season, the Australian rider had a strong finish and managed to secure a spot in the top ten. He performed well in the last few races, achieving two fourth place finishes at Portimao and Jerez. Gardner also topped the post-season Jerez test, outperforming rookie Nicolo Bulega. The test was a positive way to end the season and showcased the improvement in pace and performance. Although teammate Dominique Aegerter had a stronger finish overall, Gardner aims to challenge for a higher position in the standings in the upcoming year, aiming for a spot in the top five. With some luck and hard work, he believes this goal is achievable.
