McLaren driver Lando Norris suffered a major crash in the Las Vegas race, which caused the first Safety Car period. He lost control of his car and spun off into the barriers. McLaren believes the crash was caused by a bump that caught Norris off guard. Although he walked away from the incident, he was taken to the hospital for precautionary checks. Fortunately, all the tests came back clear, and Norris confirmed on social media that he is fit for the upcoming Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Despite the unfortunate end to the race weekend, Norris acknowledged the team’s efforts and expressed gratitude to the medical staff. He is now focused on the season finale in Abu Dhabi.
