Luca Marini ‘is back’ for Mandalika
The Italian rider, Luca Marini, sustained an injury during a race incident with his teammate Marco Bezzecchi at Turn One. Marini is expected to pass the pre-race medical examination easily, as he already had surgery for his injury on September 27th. However, he will also receive a long lap penalty on Sunday for causing the accident. Marini is currently ranked eighth in the world championship and has achieved one podium finish. There is uncertainty regarding Bezzecchi’s participation this weekend, as he suffered a fractured collarbone while training at Valentino Rossi’s ranch.
